We had this lovely bunch of flowers delivered at North Road, CIT Nagar. This was an order placed by a customer to surprise her friend on her birthday. It was ordered with a special instruction to not reveal the sender’s name. We had her friend calling us back half a dozen times requesting for the sender details. It was quite a tough spot we found ourselves in, for we could not disregard our customers request nor disappoint the receiver.
