Flowers to Kilpauk Cemetery:

Recently, we delivered flowers to kilpauk cemetery. The daughter of an old customer of ours decided to give us a call for a floral requirement. The first question she asked was “Do you do floral designs for happy occasions or are you OK doing them for more somber occasions?”. We were taken aback by the question. On further talking to her, we realized that she was looking for flowers to adorn the vault of a relative of hers who had died recently. We just had to use white flowers and a few greens. We were asked to keep the design simple and elegant. We thought through the design for an hour and then went to the cemetery to take measurement of the vault. On approval of the design and the cost, we were given the go ahead to set up the flowers on the vault. As the cemetery opens only at 7a.m. and the family mentioned that they will be paying their respects at around 7.15 a.m, we ended up going to the place with the floral designs on the floral foams pre-ready. We set up the pre-ready flowers around the vault.

The customer was happy, took photos and shared them with her family & friends. She called and expressed immense happiness (inspite of it being a somber occasion) and commended us for the exceptional work. We were glad we could help her.
